- West Texas Lighthouse for the Blind
- The West Texas Lighthouse opened in August 1963 with only four employees and they made mops, brooms and cane for chairs. Today, we have over forty employees and handle a large variety of products. Our mission is to provide employment for the blind and visually impaired in the San Angelo area. We are constantly developing new products to help maintain a forty hour work week for our employees. We have been "Creating Jobs and Changing Lives" for over 45 years.
